The 2019 World Latte Art Championship & World Coffee In Good Spirits scores have been released. A score tabulation error caused Hao-Yuan Chen representing Taiwan to be announced as the 5th Place finisher in the 2019 WLAC, but upon review, they actually finished in 2nd Place, bumping the ranking of Liu Guqiang representing China to 3rd Place, Oneway Dash representing South Korea to 4th Place, and Hiroki Ito representing Japan to 5th Place.
We deeply apologize for this error. All of the competion scoresheets have been manually re-verified, and additional layers of verification will be added in the future to ensure the World Coffee Championships achieve the highest possible standards of quality and accuracy.
